Cornelia Volino
President / Chief Executive Officer / Director
Ms. Volino has over 15 years experience in corporate administration. She
has been appointed the President and CEO of Converge Global Inc.
Previously, Ms. Volino held key positions in corporate investor relations,
administration, network development and acquisitions with publicly traded
companies.
Ms. Volino will help identify and appoint top industry professionals to the
Advisory Board to access and develop potential acquisitions. Ms. Volino has
established an extensive network of contacts in both North and South
America’s resource sector.
John Neufeld
Director
Mr. Neufeld is a thirty year veteran of the computer and convergence
industry, with executive level experience driving corporate strategy,
business development, and strategic marketing for both global and emerging
start-ups.
Mr. Neufeld, is a founding member of PureNet.TV Inc., an emerging company
in the field of broadcast television and video over a virtual private
internet protocol television network (VPIPTVN). The system PureNet is a
patented system in the US and major countries worldwide. The company sold
its IPTV business and assets to a publicly traded company, Orbit E-Commerce
Inc. Mr. Neufeld is the VP, Sales and Marketing of this corporation.
Prior to PureNet, Mr. Neufeld was a founding member of WebSurfer, a
start-up company in the convergence of the internet and television
industry. The company was one of the first manufacturers of a series of
television set-top boxes to compete with Microsoft’s WebTV set-top box. Mr.
Neufeld negotiated agreements with international OEM’s (i.e. RCA Thomson
(Cofidur), France; Manitoba Tel, Canada; Grundig, Germany) and North
American ISP’s.
As a founding member of several companies Mr. Neufeld has an extensive
knowledge in the administration, operation and financial functions of a
corporation. He has been instrumental in the creation of business plans,
financial projections and the raising of funds for the companies founded.
Mr. Neufeld received an Industrial Engineering degree in Germany and a
computer Maintenance Technician certificate from Control Data Institute.
Thomas C. Vess
Corporate Consultant / Advisory Board
Mr. Vess of AmeriChem Engineering Services has been appointed to the
Advisory Board for Mining Projects Development. As Director of Sales for
AmeriChem during the past 18 years, Mr. Vess designed and built mining
operations and refineries. He is a Certified Electrical Finisher and has
extensive experience in operating assay and processing laboratories.
John P. Rapski
Corporate Consultant / Advisory Board
Mr. Rapski has been a licensed professional prospector for 30 years and has
prospected all over Canada and the USA gaining substantial contacts
throughout the mining industry. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Rapski owns and
operates a successful professional Claim Staking Group in Northern Ontario.
Mr. Rapski has considerable junior public company experience and received a
BES degree from Waterloo University in 1967.
Warren Hawkins
Geological Engineer
Warren Hawkins, President of Hawk Exploration Consultants is a Qualified Person as defined in National Instrument 43-101. Hawk Exploration Consultants is an intergrated mineral exploration consulting company that has managed numerous exploration programs for an international array of clients, listed on both the TSX and CNSX stock exchanges. Hawk Exploration Consultants carry a Certificate of Approval from Professional Engineers Ontario.
